The 3-Day Virtual Event That Turns Tax Pros Into 941 Defenders - And Doubles Their Business Case Revenue

Master Form 941 representation, Trust Fund Recovery defense, and the marketing systems that bring high-fee business cases to your door

📅 June 9-11, 2026

💻 100% Virtual (Live Online)

⏰ 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time

⚠️ Seats Are Strictly Limited - Once They're Gone, They're Gone Until 2027

Only a limited number of virtual seats available.

If You're Avoiding 941 Cases... You're Leaving Revenue On The Table

Most tax pros are afraid of payroll cases because of Trust Fund Recovery exposure.

Worker classification audits are exploding and clients are getting crushed.

Marketing for these high-fee cases feels like guesswork.

Without a proven system, you're stuck doing low-fee 1040 resolutions while the real money — business cases — goes to someone else.

WHAT IS TDO 2026?

Three Days. One Mission. Become The Go-To Tax Defender

TDO 2026 is the only virtual event of its kind that combines deep technical 941/business tax training with the practice-building skills you need to actually attract, close, and keep the right clients.

Two days of pure tax-technical instruction. One day dedicated to marketing, sales, boundaries, and practice management — the stuff that actually grows your firm.

Led by Dan Henn, CPA, CTR™, plus an expert group of instructors — designed for working practitioners who want results, not theory.

By Thursday Night On June 11th, You Will...

  • Confidently take on Form 941 representation cases - and charge premium fees for them
  • Defend clients (and yourself) against the Trust Fund Recovery Penalty
  • Resolve worker classification disputes before they bankrupt your client
  • Negotiate IAs, PPIAs, and Business CNC status with the IRS like a seasoned pro
  • Strategically use lien withdrawal, subordination, and discharge to protect business clients
  • Wipe out massive employment tax penalties using proven abatement strategies
  • Win Collection Due Process and Equivalent Hearings for business tax debts
  • Sell representation engagements without sounding salesy - and overcome the top objections cold
  • Attract higher-quality clients with a marketing system that actually works for tax pros
  • Set boundaries that protect your time, your sanity, and your weekends
  • Identify and fire bad clients without the guilt or the revenue panic

What Happens If You Show Up vs. What Happens If You Don't

This isn't dramatic. This is the gap between a $50K year and a $500K year in representation.

If You SKIP TDO 2026

  • Keep turning down 941 cases - and watch competitors cash the checks
  • Lose sleep over Trust Fund Recovery exposure on every payroll client
  • Guess at worker classification and pray the IRS doesn't audit
  • Settle for low-fee 1040 resolutions while business cases go to someone else
  • Watch federal tax liens destroy your business clients
  • Eat penalty losses because you don't know which abatement angle to use
  • Choke on sales calls - or worse, undercharge to "win" the client
  • Burn out from bad clients who eat your time and don't pay
  • Keep working nights and weekends because you have no boundaries
  • Stay invisible while other tax pros build authority and dominate

If You ATTEND TDO 2026

  • Confidently quote and close 5-figure 941 engagements

  • Defend TFRP cases with a step-by-step framework

  • Apply a proven employee-vs-1099 analysis to every client

  • Add Business CNC, PPIA, and IA negotiations to your service menu

  • Strategically deploy withdrawal, subordination, and discharge

  • Crush penalty assessments with the right strategy every time

  • Handle objections with confidence and command premium fees

  • Use the "Cutting Bait" framework to fire them - guilt-free

  • Reclaim your evenings with the time-protection system

  • Walk away with a marketing plan that brings clients TO you
